Do you offer online tickets?

No online tickets. You simply arrive and purchase tickets for the day inside of our Country Store. We accept Cash/Credit/Debit/Tap. In order to keep costs down for our guests, we do not require people to purchase online tickets that include unnecessary fees. 

Are pets allowed on the farm grounds?

To maintain the safety and comfort of our resident farm animals and all of our guests, pets are not permitted on the property. We do, however, welcome professionally trained service animals. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our farm environment safe for everyone.

What is your policy regarding bad weather?

Hill Ridge Farms is an outdoor venue, and we typically operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions that might compromise guest safety, we may temporarily close. Please check our social media channels for real-time weather updates before traveling.

Do you have restrooms on the farm?

Yes, we have full-service restrooms available to all of our guests. Restrooms are also equipped with diaper-changing stations.

Do you have to pay for parking?

We have ample parking is available at no charge to all guests visiting the farm and Country Store.

Is outside food allowed on the farm?

Yes! We understand that many families have special dietary restrictions and welcome all of our guests to bring their own food. During special festivals/events, we may have food vendors on site. Be sure to check our upcoming events page for a list of our scheduled food vendors.

Are strollers available to rent?

We do not offer stroller rentals; however, you are welcome to bring your own stroller. Sidewalks lead to all attractions in the main park, allowing for the ease of use of strollers. Stroller parking is available at all attractions.

Is the farm wheelchair friendly?

Absolutely! There are sidewalks throughout the park leading to all major attractions. In addition to our train and gem mine being wheelchair accessible, we also have an accessible covered wagon and an accessible swing.
