Can you tell the difference between these two pumpkins?

Yes, they look alike! They are both round and orange, and will make excellent Jack o' Lanterns or pies. But the similarity ends there...

The pumpkin on the right came from a grocery store. It arrived there in a box of hundreds of other pumpkins on a truck from Mexico, and was purchased by a child who was having a rather unremarkable time, sitting in a metal cart, accompanying a parent who was picking up milk, eggs, bread and other everyday items.

The pumpkin on the left was picked straight out of the Pumpkin Patch, on a bright, frosty day, by a child who had just had a fun Hayride tour with his family or school at HillRidge Farms. Along with all the things he or she had learned that day about our country heritage, as well as all the fun he or she had had in the Playland and at the Farm Animal Corral, this pumpkin will become part of a cherished childhood memory!
